We listen to every detail of your requirements, including desired dimensions, load requirements, special features, and safety standards that must be met. Once the preliminary design is complete, we conduct an internal review and make any necessary changes based on feedback until the final design is mutually agreed upon.

Production preparation stage

Entering the production preparation stage, we will make a detailed production plan, including the production cycle, staffing, production process, etc., for the next production and processing stage to be fully prepared.

Production and processing stage

According to the requirements on the design drawings, we instruct the workers to use the shearing machine, bending machine and other equipment to cut and bend the metal plates accurately to form the enclosure and partition of the power distribution box. And make sure it has a neat appearance without scratches or damages.

Quality Control and Packaging Stage

We will carry out a comprehensive quality inspection of the already assembled distribution box. I will use professional testing tools and equipment to test and accept the electrical performance and safety performance of the distribution box.
Once the distribution box passes the quality inspection, we will also put the corresponding labels and manuals on the package, which is convenient for customers to use and maintain.
