The application of the drone non-contact checker through the on-board sensing elements to detect the electric field strength near the line, the measured value will be transmitted to the ground handheld terminal. The handheld terminal determines whether the line is energized according to the pre-set determination threshold and the built-in algorithm of the checker. After the drone returns to the ground, the ground operator replaces the drone ground wire hookup and removal device carrier, and the flyer again controls the drone to fly toward the tower, hovering directly above the wire. Through the camera, the pilot can check the position of the drone ground wire hook-up and removal device carrier, and operate the drone to accurately snap the device slot onto the sub-wire. The drone then disengages from the ground wire mounting and removal device and returns to the ground. In the traditional way, manually carry out a single base tower power test and hanging grounding line operation takes two or three hours, and the use of drone operation to avoid the personal safety risks brought about by the personnel climbing tower operation, at the same time will be shortened to less than 30 minutes of operation time, to achieve the efficiency of the work to improve more than 75%.
